It releases natural chemicals in the body to induce a state of mind called the Relaxation Response. When you want to feel relaxed and have your muscles loosened, this is the massage for you.

Similar to the stress-reduction/therapeutic massage but with EXTRA pressure. This is more of a slower paced massage that focuses on releasing muscle restrictions and re-balancing structural tension running through the multiple layers of muscle. This service is best for those dealing with chronic muscle pain. Please note that this chronic issue did not happen overnight, so it will take more than one session to achieve your desired results.

Whether a pro-athlete, modern day runner, or gym rat, the combination of stretching and deep tissue will help speed up the recovery time after a strenuous exercise. A sports massage is specific to you, focusing on the areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and sometimes aggressive movements. There are four (4) different types of sports massage; pre-event, post-event, restorative, and rehabilitative.



A 90-minute service geared to providing the ultimate relaxation. The direct heat of the stones will allow the therapist to access the deeper muscle layers resulting in a release of muscle stiffness, decrease in muscle pain and spasms, and an increase of blood circulation.




When you're short on time and need some quick relief in your back, neck, and shoulders or low-back and legs.



Ideal for relaxation or for spending time on a specific area without receiving a full body. (i.e. back, neck, and shoulders)



 Great for spending more time on focus areas while still being able to receive a full body massage.



This is the suggested length for taller more muscular clients, clients that use their body for a living or for clients that have not had a massage in a long time.
