Our SportStretch session is a floor mat, movement based routine that consists of both active and passive stretching. It is structured to be performed on athletes of any size or stature but is safe for anyone looking to gain flexibility.

For athletes it is used to either warmup their muscles for game day or as part of their recovery after games.

Thai Massage, Compression, Active Isolated Stretching, Ashiatsu, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Post Isometric Relaxation, Traction, and various Myofascial and Myoskeletal techniques are used to create this routine.
